Dynamic stiffness and vibration analysis model of angular contact ball bearing considering vibration and friction state variation

Force and thermal effect are dominant in giving rise to variation of bearing dynamic stiffness vibration. On the basis test theoretical analysis, vibration model angle contact ball considering friction state is established. Firstly, based on quasi-statics hydrodynamic lubrication theory, motion force relation between each parts determined by effect. Secondly, power consumption calculated adopting integrated method, besides, conduction heat resistance convection system achieved. A steady-state temperature calculation bearing-shaft-house built network method. Finally, angular including thermal-solid coupling obtained, which employed realize analysis vibration, its accuracy verified through typical results. The results shows that there a good agreement house temperature. evolution rule deformation outer/inner ring over whole life under excessive preload same. So does oil film thickness stiffness. However, curve shape amplitude different. Bearing radial value has more significant change than axial value, both them represent an overall upward tendency. clearance holds negative correlation with temperature, however, displacement positive evolvement affected various speed opposite. load same trend influenced EHL. bigger change. little influence angular, dry-lubricated or lightly lubricated condition.
